The Boxing Federation of Armenia announces that Artur Sahakyan, the champion of Armenia in the 60 kg category, secured at least a bronze medal in the prestigious "Stranja" tournament in Bulgaria.
In the quarterfinals, the Armenian boxer competed with the Kyrgyz representative Rispe Bektenov and won with a score of 4:1. The 3rd round was decisive in the fight, in which Sahakyan turned the tide of victory to his side.
For the final ticket, the Armenian boxer will compete with the representative of Uzbekistan, Abdumalik Khalakov.
