The Canadian athlete died at the age of 29

Pole vault world champion Sean Barber has died at the age of 29. The cause of death is not yet known, but he had health problems.

The Canadian holds the national pole vault record of 6.00m. During his career, he participated in three world championships. Moscow in 2013, Beijing in 2015, and London in 2017. He won gold at the 2015 National Championships. Barber also represented his country at the 2016 Olympics. 2015, he won a gold medal at the Pan American Games in Toronto.
