Serge Deble returned to "Pyunik"

"Pyunik" has signed a contract with 34-year-old forward Serge Deble. The Ivory Coast footballer joins the leading team of the Armenian Premier League as a free agent.

"Deble took the first steps of his professional career at the Mimosas club of his native country. After becoming a player for the English "Charlton," Deble was transferred to the French "Angers" on loan, then to the "Nantes," where he scored 3 goals and one assist after 27 games.

After performances in the Russian "Khimki" and "Khabarovsk," the Africans joined "Shirak." Deble scored 17 goals and 13 assists in 31 games for Gyumrets and also won the Armenian Supercup of the 2013–14 season.

Then, with Denmark's Viborg, Deble won the country's second-most potent league cup in 2021. There, he played 91 matches and scored 28 goals and 15 assists.

After 7 years, Serge Deble returned to Armenia, and after scoring 14 goals in the first part of the season for "Ararat" of Yerevan, he moved to "Pyunik." He helped Yerevan win the title of Armenian champion for the first time after 7 years, becoming the best scorer of the championship with 22 goals.

After leaving Pyunik, the 34-year-old forward won the national cup and qualified for the Conference League with Kazakhstan's Tobol in one year. With his goals, Deble helps "Tobol" overcome the ban of "Basel" and reach the 3rd stage of the Conference League qualification and then the playoffs. Deble leaves the Kazakh club with 14 goals and 8 assists in 53 games.

Serge Deble was also invited to the Ivory Coast under-23 team, where he scored one goal in 6 games.
