70-year-old Felix Magath expressed his desire to help the German national team

"I don't know what requirements the German Football Association (DFB) has for a candidate for this position. But it is clear that we urgently need someone to reassemble this completely unreliable team, which is no longer up to par.
I know how to energize timid teams and give them the confidence to play well again. I've taken some teams from the bottom of the Bundesliga table to the middle or even the top, and I think that's what the DFB needs now," the 70-year-old said.
It is noteworthy that Magath won the Bundesliga three times. Twice with Bayern, once with Wolfsburg. In the last six years, he held the coach position only once. In 2022, he led Berlin's "Herta," which he was able to prevent from being out of the Bundesliga.
