The Saudi club "Al-Itifaq" applied to PSG to acquire Dutch midfielder Gorginho Wijnaldum. Italian insider Fabrizio Romano reports.
Wijnaldum is not part of the plans of the coaching staff of the Parisians, so the management of PSG has given the green light to the negotiations of the Arabs with the footballer's agents. It is reported that the head coach of "Al-Itifaq," Steven Gerrard, is personally interested in the transfer of the central midfielder.
Wijnaldum's contract with PSG runs until the end of June 2024. The Dutch midfielder spent the 2022/2023 season on loan with the Italian "Roma".
