The Amsterdam "Ajax" has announced the transfer of Georgian football player George (Georgi) Mikautadze.

"George, our next Georgian," says a post on the club's X page.

Earlier, Shota Arveladze played in the Amsterdam club. In 1997-2001, he played 125 matches for Ajax, scoring 72 goals.

It should be noted that Georges Mikautadze was born in France. In the previous season, he played for Metz.
