FIFA intends to ban Luis Rubiales from football for a long time.
According to the Daily Mail, FIFA will prevent the Royal Spanish Football Federation president from working in the sport for 15 years. This is the maximum permissible term of punishment for kissing Jennifer Hermoso, a soccer player on the Spanish national team.
On August 26, FIFA suspended Rubiales for 90 days, initiating a disciplinary case under the article "offensive behavior and violation of the principles of fair play."
