"Alashkert," "Urartu," and "Ararat Armenia" were left out of the competition
In the return match of the second qualifying round of the Conference League, "Ararat-Armenia" competed against the Greek "Aris," "Alashkert" competed against "Debrecen" in Hungary, and "Urartun" competed at home against the Romanian "Farul."
It should be noted that all teams fought hard against their opponents, but more than skill and physical preparation was needed.
"Ararat Armenia" lost to Greece with the most minor score, 1-0. In the 80th minute, Fabiano stood out for the opponent. As a result of two matches, our team was eliminated from the competition 2-1.
Losing 1-0 at home, "Alashkert" defeated "Debretsen" 2-1 in regular and extra time. The hosts were strong in the 11-meter shootout.
Having a 2-goal advantage at home, "Urartu" could not maintain it and lost at the end of the game, 3-2. Overall, "Urartu" left the tournament with a 6-4 result.
It should be noted that among the Armenian teams, only Yerevan "Pyunik" continues its competition, which left the Swedish "Kalmar" out of the competition.
