The Wrestling Federation reports that the Armenian freestyle wrestling team took first place in the European Championship competition.
For the first time in the history of the Republic of Armenia, our wrestling team wins the team fight. Our age groups had not achieved this success (freestyle and Greco-Roman style).
The freestylers went to the EA with ten wrestlers. Nine of them fought for a medal. We won 1 gold, five silver, and two bronze medals.
