The Armenian Wrestling Federation reports that Greco-Roman wrestlers 45 kg Yurik Mkhitaryan, 60 kg Samvel Terteryan, 71 kg Gor Khachatryan and 92 kg Grisha Voskanyan representing Armenia won bronze medals at the European Junior Wrestling Championship that started in Albania.
We reported earlier that Petros Ashkaryan of 65 kg won a brilliant victory in the finals, being declared the champion. Ashkaryan won a decisive ghetto fight with a score of 5:3 over the representative of Georgia, Giga Chikadze.
