Xavi believes that Lionel Messi can help Barcelona.
When asked if Messi's return makes sense when there is so much talk about rebuilding the team, Xavi said he does not doubt that Messi will help the club.
"I am in charge of football in this club and do not doubt that if Messi returns, he will help us at the football level. I informed the president of the club about it.
