The European Youth Boxing Championship will start on April 25 in Yerevan. Under the leadership of Vazgen Badalyan, our national team will perform with the following composition:
Under the leadership of Vazgen Badalyan, the Armenian youth team will perform with the following composition: Hovhannes Harutyunyan (48 kgs weight category), Davit Safaryan (51 kgs), Eric Arustamyan (54 kgs), Gor Azizyan (57 kgs), Voskan Voskanyan (60 kgs), Artur Mkrtchyan (63.5 kgs), Yura Bablumyan (67 kgs), Arman Miskaryan (71 kgs), Armen Poghosyan (75 kgs), Aghvan Aleksanyan (80 kgs), Davit Simonyan (86 kgs), Ishkhan Hovsepyan (92 kgs) and Albert Harutyunyan (+92 kgs).
Today at 17:00 the official opening ceremony of the championship will take place in the Mika sports complex. Before that, the first fights will take place from 13:00. 275 athletes from 29 countries are participating in the tournament.
