Jorge Sampaoli is leaving Sevilla. The Spanish club announced the dismissal of the 63-year-old Argentine from the head coach position.
Sampaoli led the team in October 2022. Since then, the team has played 31 matches under his leadership, with 13 wins, 6 draws, and 12 losses.
The Andalusians are reportedly in talks with former Alaves and Eibar coach Jose Luis Mendilibar.
After 26 rounds of La Liga, Sevilla is in 14th place with 28 points.
