The U23 World Wrestling Championship continues in Spain. Greco-Roman wrestler Malkhas Amoyan, representative of Armenia, won 9-5 against the representative of Japan in the semi-finals of the 77 kg category and reached the final, securing at least a silver medal.
87 kg Gevorg Tadevosyan also qualified for the finals. In the semi-final wrestling match, he won 6-4 over Kazakh Maksat Sailau.
63 kg Hrachya Poghosyan will hold a consolation match. In case of victory, he will fight for the bronze medal.
