The junior judo team, led by Hovhannes Davtyan, is participating in the World Championship held in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, on August 24-28.
On the third day of the competition, Gor Karapetyan, competing in the 81 kg class, won 5 victories, first place, and a gold medal.
Gor Karapetyan is a student of Vahe Torosyan, judo coach of the Yerevan State Sports College of the Olympic shift.
