Why did the Russian peacekeepers hand over Parukh to Azerbaijan? Atanesyan
Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Central Committee of Armenia and the Artsakh National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page.
"Two days before the start of a "special military operation" in Ukraine, on February 22, 2022, if Russia wanted to insure itself against possible complications in the South Caucasus, why did it not sign the Declaration on strategic cooperation with CSTO member and strategic ally Armenia, or at least not make Armenia a participant? But only with Aliyev.
Second, precisely one month after the signing of the Russian-Azerbaijani Declaration, on what issue was the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Kim, sent to Baku? And why did the Russian peacekeeping force hand over Parukh and a part of the Karagalukh hill to Azerbaijan two days after Kim visited Baku? At that time, there was no Brussels platform and no Prague "document."
