"We would not have had 4 victims if the Russians had not isolated Nerkin Hand from the EU observers". Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, head of the "Union of Conscious Citizens" organization, wrote on his "Facebook" page.

"The border guards of the Russian Federation should be thrown out of the Inner Hand crossing.

There is only one place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border where E.U. observers cannot approach: the Nerkin Hand.

At the road's intersection leading from the highway to Inner Hand, the Russian border guards have set up a roadblock and are not letting the E.U. observers approach the village.

As a result, Azerbaijanis do whatever they want in the Nerkin Hand and then declare that it is "in the area of responsibility of E.U. observers." However, they know their ally, the Russians, does not allow E.U. observers near there.

I am sure that we would not have lost 4 victims if the Russians had not isolated the Nerkin Hand from the E.U. observers.

P.S. Removing the Russian border guards from Nerkin Hand is even more urgent than from Zvartnots."
