RA Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, met in Brussels with the Supreme Representative of European Union Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borell.
Borel said at the meeting. "Unfortunately, we have problems again. Again, yes (referring to Azerbaijan's recent aggression)," to which Mirzoyan replied: "Unfortunately, yes."
