Hayk Konjoryan, head of the NA KP faction, wrote on his Facebook page. "I'm constantly searching, and I still can't find where it is written that any other state in the territory of Armenia should ensure communication security.
It is strange to attribute to Armenia the non-fulfillment of obligations that Armenia has not undertaken. It is doubly odd that this is being said by the parties that have directly violated almost all points of the November 9 statement.
Any road passing through the territory of Armenia is under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Armenia."
