US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will return to the Middle East this week as the US hopes to find new ways to extend the temporary ceasefire in Gaza and free more hostages. The US State Department announced this on Monday.
Blinken will travel to Israel after attending meetings on Ukraine in Brussels and Skopje on Tuesday and Wednesday, where foreign ministers from NATO and the Organization for Peace and Security in Europe will gather.
