"Exactly 1 year ago today, Azerbaijan unleashed military aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia.
In those days, there was an election campaign in several Armenian communities. Immediately after the Azerbaijani attack, the famous circles of Armenia, without hesitation, launched another conspiratorial attack against the internal political tension and the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia. Armenia fought on two fronts.
These days, Azerbaijan is once again concentrating a large amount of military equipment along the borders of Armenia, continuing its aggressive rhetoric. These days, there is another election campaign in Yerevan. These days, several internal Armenian forces are once again attacking the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia, threatening to take Yerevan with bloodshed.
Armenia is again fighting on two fronts. These external and internal threats are to paralyze the state life, internal stability, sovereignty, and democracy of Armenia.
And what should our response be to this situation, dear compatriots and Yerevanites?
To strengthen our sovereignty and statehood in every possible way, to record a democratic victory in Yerevan.
