Official Stepanakert should clearly announce the alternative; Baghdasaryan

Gegham Baghdasaryan, a former member of the Nagorno-Karabakh National Assembly, expert, and editor-in-chief of "Analyticon" magazine, wrote on his Facebook page.
"Yesterday's Muscovite is a flawed, horrible document. It is a minefield text that guides the minefield of negotiations.
