There is no doubt that with such attacks, Azerbaijan is trying in every way to discredit the Washington platform for the settlement of the conflict at the instigation of Russia. This is the first thought that arises while reading such a message.

Under no circumstances should Armenia become the aborter and destroyer of the Washington negotiation process. Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan should make every effort so that this behavior of the Azerbaijani side receives the strictest assessment from the US State Department during his stay in Washington, focusing the negotiations on the honest Stepanakert-Baku dialogue under the international mechanism. After the complete blockade of the Lachin Corridor on June 15, there is no more pressing issue.

How did essential details of the bilateral and trilateral negotiations that started yesterday appear on the table of individual departments of a third country?
