"If there were no restrictions on the Russian side, we would have been able to hit the Ganja airfield with Iskander;” Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, head of the "Union of Conscious Citizens" organization, wrote on his Facebook page.

"I am glad that it was finally (in the National Assembly investigative committee) that there were restrictions on the use of "Iskanders." And although Prime Minister Pashinyan did not elaborate, we all understand that the limiter was not Mauritania or Tajikistan but Russia, which allocated the missiles to us (I'm not sure if the term "sold" is appropriate).

Moreover, if it were not for that restriction from the Russian side, we would have been able to hit the Ganja airfield with the "Iskander" and not with the less accurate "Scud", which is why we missed and blew up the civilian building instead of the military airfield."
