Bayramov asked the UN Secretary General to return the two border violators from Armenia

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov appealed to UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutierrez, asking for help to return two Azerbaijani service members who illegally crossed the border of Armenia, killed an Armenian citizen, and were arrested.

"The lawsuit created by Armenia against the captured Azerbaijani soldiers is a gross violation of international humanitarian law," says Bayramov's letter to Guterres.
