"Russia sends a delegation to North Korea to offer food in exchange for weapons." Said John Kirby, the spokesman of the US National Security Office. Kirby said any arms deal between North Korea and Russia would violate UN Security Council resolutions.
Earlier, the US accused North Korea of supplying weapons to the Russian military and the Wagner group of Russian mercenaries in Ukraine. Pyongyang denied those claims earlier.
