In recent days, the information received from Artsakh is causing concern

"In recent days, the information received from Artsakh is causing concern.
I am sure that the basis of all solutions regarding the Artsakh state administration system should be the imperative of strengthening Artsakh statehood, preserving state institutions, settling the problems of Artsakh Armenians, and ensuring security in close cooperation with Russian peacekeepers. We have no other way.
Armenia and Artsakh will come out of this challenging historical situation together through wise steps, coldly calculated actions, and allies.
Once again, I reaffirm my willingness to be helpful to Artsakh and our compatriots to the best of my ability. Today, more than ever, we need the ability to listen to each other, internal solidarity, and only measured steps."
