I think everyone understands what problem the arrival of the US humanitarian military aircraft in Stepanakert will solve.

Arman Babajanyan, chairman of the "For the Republic" party, wrote on his Facebook page.

"Two days ago, my proposal to carry out humanitarian air cargo transportation to Artsakh was launched with separate agencies of the US government, the most prominent American Armenian, Greek, and Jewish lobbying organizations. The US has rich experience with such a mission in Syria, Sudan, and Libya.
I think all parties to the conflict understand what problem the arrival of the US humanitarian military aircraft in Stepanakert will solve and how it will change the regional geopolitical arrangement and spheres of influence.
Whether or not the Lachin Corridor will be reopened today, it is necessary to immediately establish a permanent mission of international humanitarian assistance to Artsakh.
State and non-state agencies and organizations should be involved in it."
