Russia's legal basis is to use the name "Nagorno Karabakh." Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, ambassador on special assignments of the RA, wrote on his Twitter microblog.
"The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan asks the Russian peacekeepers carrying out a mission in Artsakh not to use the name "Nagorno Karabakh." Azerbaijan should remember that their president Aliyev signed a tripartite ceasefire agreement two years ago, where the term "Nagorno Karabakh" is mentioned five times. It is Russia's legal basis to use the name Nagorno-Karabakh."
AZ MOD requests Russian Peacekeepers in NK not to use the name "Nagorno Karabakh". AZ must remember that 2 years ago president Aliyev signed a trilateral ceasefire agreement where "Nagorno Karabakh" is mentioned 5 times. That's the legal ground for Russia to use Nagorno Karabakh.
