Edmon Marukyan, ambassador on special assignments of the RA, wrote on his Twitter microblog.
"Azerbaijan continues to insist that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue is internal. It should be noted that the 3 permanent members of the UN Security Council, the OSCE, and the EU have not dealt with any internal issues for decades. The issue of human rights has not been considered a domestic issue for seven decades since the Second World War."
