Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the NKR National Assembly and political analyst, wrote on his Facebook page:
"On November 13, the President of France has a telephone conversation with Ilham on his initiative; he informs that he will meet Nikol Pashinyan on November 19, on November 15, Macron-Erdoğan will meet on the island of Bali, Indonesia, and on the same day, the French Parliament adopts a resolution condemning Azerbaijan a formula that is advisory (thankfully they don't say symbolic). Macron should make a decision. And he has already promised Ilham to remain an impartial mediator in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. He said the same thing to Erdogan today. And a large mass of Armenians, as seen from the reactions of social media and the press, is already happy and rubs its hands with pleasure..."
