Baku and Moscow have a common perception of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue

Arman Babajanyan, chairman of the "For the Republic" party, wrote on his Facebook page.

"The logic of the last two years of the Karabakh conflict has matured the conviction that the military-political leadership of Baku and Moscow have a common understanding of the settlement of the competition.
Azerbaijani-Russian agreements can be changed exclusively and only at the will and will of Armenia.
So far, Yerevan has yet to see tangible, objective steps that will inspire hope that apart from the Russian-Azerbaijani agreement and the overlap of interests, another factor can bring a significant change to the outlined settlement.
We have reached the milestone that makes the comprehensive settlement of the conflict exclusively by diplomatic means almost impossible.
Armenia must be able to defend the agreements reached on the diplomatic front by force if we are sincerely irreconcilable to any deal that does not consider Armenia's positions and red lines."
