Where do the interests of Russia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan coincide?

"Union of Informed Citizens" NGO coordinator Daniel Ioannisyan wrote on his Facebook page:

"What Putin wants is now clear. Studying the public part of the Putin-Pashinyan and Putin-Aliev meetings, it becomes clear that the most exciting component for Vladimir Putin is the opening of roads, or, in the language of Zatulin, Aliyev, Erdogan, and the Russian border guards in Armenia: the corridor.

Not a word about the fact that Azerbaijan attacked Russia's ally Armenia two months ago, not a comment about the fact that the conflict continues to bleed, and not a word about the status of Artsakh or the rights of Artsakh Armenians. No, all that is secondary for Vladimir Putin; the primary thing is the opening of roads.

And this entirely coincides with the point of view published by "Reliable source" in Haykakan Zhamanak and entirely coincides with the attempt of the Russian border guards in RA to build a corridor in Meghri. This again explains why Azerbaijan attacked all along the "new" line of contact, except for Meghri. And this once again demonstrates why Russia (by eroding its authority in Armenia) does not raise its voice against the Azerbaijani aggression.

This thoroughly explains where the interests of Russia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan overlap. Moreover, that "where" is a precise geographical location: it is the Agarak-Meghri-Nrnadzor road along the Araks River."
