Hold Aliyev's tongue

Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Artsakh National Assembly and analyst, wrote on his Facebook page.

"Regarding the decision to send an OSCE observation group to the Armenia-Azerbaijani border, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement, the main point of which is that decisions in the OSCE bodies are made by consensus, and since Baku did not agree to such a mission, then it is just an initiative of a particular group.
Yes, OSCE decisions are made by consensus, so Nagorno-Karabakh was recognized as a subject by all member states, including Azerbaijan, on March 24, 1992, and its elected representatives are a negotiating party. No one overturned that decision. And by what right does Aliyev say "there is no Nagorno Karabakh, there is no Nagorno Karabakh problem" and "there is no co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group?" this issue should be discussed in the OSCE bodies not only and not so much by Armenia, but by the initiative of Stepanakert itself, which has a thirty-year experience of legitimate diplomatic relations with the Office of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and a full international mandate to continue it.
