"The Battle of Kherson is announced. The Russian side is evacuating the civilian population and leadership to the left bank of the Dnieper. Surovikin, the newly appointed commander of the Russian army fighting in the war in Ukraine, announced yesterday that the situation in the direction of Kherson is tense and did not rule out the need for "difficult decisions."
What that means was not elaborated. It can mean either a decision to withdraw from Kherson or use weapons that are already beyond the "red line."
So far, Russian sources say that the civilian population is being removed from Kherson to turn the city into a "fortress." There was already informed that the Ukrainian military had started an attack on the town.
Here, it is worth noting that the Russian side stands out for its information initiative announcing the "Battle of Kherson." In their own language: what is it for? Is some event or retreat in the works? In all cases, it seems that a "meat grinder" is ripening, by which the entire Ukrainian war can be characterized.
The circumstance of moving the structures of the Russian administration of Kherson to the left bank of the Dnieper deserves attention. Will an "intermediate border" be drawn along the Dnieper?
"Mismills" is perhaps "organized" before some decisions.
