Creating a "movement" or a "rescue committee" in the future makes it possible to achieve the degradation of constitutional authority

Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Artsakh National Assembly and political analyst, writes on his Facebook page.

"Give it the name of salvation or liberation or whatever you want. The nations and communities striving for independence and state autonomy form a movement. And as Vano Siradeghyan accurately defined, they end when the people acquire statehood.

Is Artsakh a state? Does it have a constitution or a state administration system? The task of saving the homeland is the constitutional duty of that government, state administration bodies, and officials. Otherwise, by creating a "movement" or a "rescue committee" every day, only one thing can be achieved: to complete the degradation of the constitutional authority. X hour will do the rest."
