Political scientist, and professor of Lehigh University, USA, Arman Grigoryan wrote on his Facebook page.
"Every day, you read some hideous, impossible stupidity and think that this is the limit; no one will ever be able to say anything more stupid than this. Then you wake up, another article by Avetik Ishkhanyan appears on your news feed, and you realize there are no borders.
1. Mr. Ishkhanyan, if everyone in history has done the same stupid thing, that doesn't make the actions of the elite you protect any less stupid. Do you at least understand what a ridiculous situation you have put yourself in with that claim? As for the danger of Azerbaijan demanding new concessions, if the Armenian side agrees to any settlement plan, I will post an article in the comments and read it. I don't hope it will change anything but read on.
2. Rational leaders are guided not only by instincts but also by possibilities. Speaking in favor of the opposite position, which you do, does not speak of consistency and patriotism but a complete imbecile.
3. If the situation changes, rational leaders adapt their positions to those changes. Telling them that if you said such and such at such and such a time, therefore you shouldn't have changed your point of view, REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES, also speaks of a complete dunderhead. Yes, I know politicians often change their opinions according to their political convenience, which is behavior worthy of criticism. This is not the case. And if you claim, like many others, that the goal from the beginning was to hand over Artsakh, then you need medical intervention, not a political one.
Tatul Hakobyan will probably answer Ishkhanyan's other questions."
