This change will also resolve the issue of spoiling the appearance of the city of Yerevan.

Former RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan wrote on his Facebook page.

"At today's session of the government, the legislative package developed by the Yerevan Municipality was approved, by which the community can confiscate and later confiscate by judicial order the objects (goods) that are sold or used when providing a service, in case of trade or service provided by persons in an unspecified place.
The implementation of the mentioned authority will be aimed at excluding the health hazards of food sold in unsanitary conditions. It is a clear and proven fact that the dangers of street trading include an unhygienic environment, risk of poisoning, etc.
This change will also solve the issue of damage to the appearance of RA communities, in particular, the city of Yerevan, which is also a result of street trade. The legislative package will be discussed in the upcoming session of the National Assembly."
