Levon Azizyan, Director of the “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNCO, announced on his social media page:
“The air temperature for our region is predicted to be 1-3 degrees below normal for January 12-19. Forecasts are according to the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).”
