2025 was a year of innovations, new partnerships, and sustainable development for Team Group of Companies. The Team continued to set new benchmarks across various fields, expanding not only in Armenia but also internationally.

The year was distinguished for Team Group of Companies by its significant role in Armenia's $500 million AI Factory technological megaproject. The group's companies are involved in constructing the region's largest AI factory, and the factory's communication infrastructure and resources will underpin its operations.
At the same time, the company continued its work on modernizing the mobile network throughout the republic. The latest 5G network is already available in Armenia's three largest cities: Yerevan, Gyumri, and Vanadzor. The 4G network upgrade work continued to progress effectively, making high-speed mobile and Internet connectivity available not only in urban areas but also in rural areas and along interstate roads.
The company also continued construction of the 25 Gb/s NGN network, which is already available to about 410,000 households.
To better serve its customers, the company expanded its network of sales and service centers in 2025, opening a location at the MegaMall shopping center in Bagratashen. The company's new format hall, Team Place, which combines the products and services of Team Telecom Armenia and Team Systems, is located at Homplex.
Georgian SkyTel and Irish Imagine, which are part of the Team group of companies, also achieved success in the telecom sector. The latter announced a rebranding with new goals and a new mission. During the year, the first joint project with Team was implemented as a football match, marking a new stage in the company's biography.
In 2025, Team Telecom Armenia again supported the development of the education, science, and technology sectors through corporate social responsibility projects. The company was on the side of "Science Week. Armenia", DigiTec, Tech Week, Sevan Startup Summit, Koreez, and other successful projects.
2025 was also marked by the launch of another large-scale Team project: Team entered the energy sector. In the Gegharkunik region, the group of companies commissioned a solar power plant with an annual output of 16 million kWh.
Team Pay, a company within the Team group of companies, made a new offer during the year, introducing the VISA digital card to market and launching the "Benefits" program, which includes six new solutions and benefits for users, expanding the digital payments ecosystem.
Team Energy continued to expand its network of electric vehicle charging stations in 2025, bringing its number to more than 200. The company's fast 240 kW charging stations are already available in both the capital and the regions.
Team Systems carried out the design and installation of Microchip's structured cabling system in 2025, strengthening its position as a leading provider of technical and engineering solutions.
For Team Solutions, the year was marked by the digital transformation of the "Zangezor" community: a unified platform was created that processes calls, emails, and social media messages in a single system. The company also developed a system for the automatic exchange of tax information and continues to implement new projects to digitalize the public and private sectors.
In 2025, Yerevan Hotel established high standards: it adopted the international Opera Property Management system and received an official certificate of compliance with the Small Luxury Hotels of the World standards.
Buy. am has expanded its partner network, adding more than 130 new partnerships and launching Apple Pay, facilitating the shopping process for thousands of customers.
Team Construct consolidated its position in the construction and design sector by acquiring 14 new partners and executing large-scale projects, including AI9, the COAF football field, and the new premises of "Pinky Pink".
Team Logistics continued to expand its fleet with electric vehicles and launched regular freight services to Europe, expanding the connection between Armenia and the EU markets.
Service Hub relocated customer service teams from 5 international companies to Armenia in 2025, creating new jobs and improving the quality of service to international standards.
One of the year's critical achievements was the issuance of Team Holding bonds, which opened new investment opportunities, and the placement was completed ahead of schedule.
