The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia reports that from January 1, 2026, if you make a non-cash payment through the ARCA payment system, you will receive a 2% refund.
"You are a beneficiary of this event if
- You have a personal identification number or a certificate of non-receipt of a personal identification number,
- A bank account has been opened in your name, and an ARCA payment card is attached to it.
The main goal of the event is to promote non-cash transactions, as well as to develop consumers' knowledge of modern financial tools and technologies."
