In response to Radar Armenia’s written inquiry into how many citizens of Russia and India reside in Armenia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that 3,063 citizens of India and 43,536 citizens of Russia have the right to legal residence in the Republic of Armenia.
“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia records data on foreign citizens with the right to legal residence,” the ministry said.
