Among the unreported projects, the government approved the “Yerevan Customs and Logistics Center” loan agreement between Armenia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
According to the decision, the EBRD will provide a 39 million euro loan for the construction of a logistics center in Yerevan. The loan agreement between Armenia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was signed on September 19, 2025, which envisages the construction of a customs and logistics center in Yerevan for the needs of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
The Government of the Republic of Armenia will co-finance loan and grant funds to the Republic of 9 million euros, of which 7.8 million euros are from loan funds.
