Cooperation with the US will contribute to the development of Armenia's wheat value chain

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Arman Khojoyan met with a delegation led by the Regional Agricultural Attaché of the US Department of Agriculture, Rishan Chaudhry.
During the meeting, the results of a study conducted by the US Department of Agriculture and the University of Kansas on the wheat value chain were presented.
The current situation of wheat production and supply in Armenia, as well as proposals to expand local production and improve sector efficiency, were discussed. Further cooperation will contribute to the development of the wheat value chain in Armenia and ensure food security.
