The Chess Federation of Armenia reports that there is one round left in the 2025 European Chess Championship for Boys and Girls aged 8-18, which will be held in Budva, Montenegro.
After 8 rounds, FIDE Master Tigran Hambardzumyan has 6.5 points in the U-14 group and shares 2nd-3rd places. In the same age group, FIDE Master Manvel Arakelyan has 6 points and shares 4th-12th places.
In the U-18 group, International Master Robert Piliposyan and FIDE Master Vahe Sukiasyan have 6 points and share 3rd-4th places. Vahe and Robert will compete against each other in the final round.
In the U-16 group, International Master Benik Agasarov has 6 points and shares 3rd-8th places.
In the U-8 group, Manvel Vardanyan and Davit Dalaloyan have 6 points and share 3rd-10th places.
The final round of the championship will start on November 7 at 16:00 Armenian time.
