“In the first 8 months of this year, exports from Armenia to Germany have increased by more than 77%,” Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said in a Facebook video message.
He emphasized that more exports to Germany have already been made in those 8 months than in the entire previous year. “This is important from the point of view of ensuring the diversification of the Armenian economy,” he noted, adding that he was reporting from Berlin, where he will meet with more than 40 German businessmen to present the opportunities of the investment environment of the Armenian economy.
