The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the WHO Regional Office for Europe have signed a five-year cooperation strategy for 2026–2030. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informs about this.
This working document is in line with our national health priorities:
- Strengthen primary health care by introducing an insurance system
- Ensure equal access to health services for all
- Promote demographic stability
- Strengthen health security and emergency preparedness.
The Minister discussed current health programs with the Head of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Hans Kluge, in particular, steps aimed at introducing health insurance.
