By decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, a delegation led by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, will leave for Bahrain to participate in the 21st conference on regional security (Manama Dialogue 2025), organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
After that, Armen Grigoryan will travel to Brussels to participate in the "Crossroads of Peace" conference. The decision states:

To send the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and the Assistant Secretary of the Security Council Sevak Ghahramanyan to the Kingdom of Bahrain (Manama) from October 30 to November 1, 2025 inclusive, and the Advisor to the Secretary of the Security Council Mikael Avetisyan from October 30 to November 2, inclusive, to participate in the 21st Conference on Regional Security (Manama Dialogue 2025) organized by the Bahrain International Institute for Strategic Studies.
To send the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan (from the Kingdom of Bahrain), Advisor to the Secretary of the Security Council Konstantin Ghazaryan and Assistant Sevak Ghahramanyan (from the Kingdom of Bahrain) to the Kingdom of Belgium (Brussels) on November 2-3, 2025 inclusive, to participate in the conference dedicated to the "Crossroads of Peace" project organized by "Rasmussen Global Consulting ApS".
The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia shall ensure the reimbursement of expenses for the delegation members' business trip (overnight stay), based on documents substantiating the actual costs incurred, in accordance with the established procedure.
To note that the expenses of the business trip to the Kingdom of Bahrain shall be covered at the cost of the inviting party.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia shall ensure the submission of the reports stipulated by the legislation to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three working days after returning from the business trip.
