"I am always happy to continue the dialogue with the Estonian Foreign Minister, my good friend Margus Tsahkna, whether it is on the bilateral agenda, issues of cooperation with the EU, or efforts aimed at addressing contemporary challenges.
This time, within the framework of the EU ministerial meeting, we exchanged views on regional developments and new opportunities for expanding the communication network."
