“I welcome investments from Turkish companies, because financial investments must strengthen any peace between neighbors,” said Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.
He emphasized the importance of Turkish investments in the event of peace and opening the borders. “We will also go and invest there. If it seems that otherwise we can have a viable state, look at the history of the previous 3 decades.”
According to the minister, Turkish companies have been present in Armenia since 2012-13.
